We specialise in high-quality, nature-friendly gardening and wildlife products including:

Are your products environmentally friendly?
Absolutely! We prioritise eco-conscious products and packaging wherever possible. Our compost is organic, our animal repellents are humane, and we carefully select suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability.
How are live plants packaged for delivery?
We take special care with live plants like bedding plants and fruit trees. They’re packaged with breathable materials and appropriate cushioning to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. During growing seasons, we include additional care instructions with these shipments.

Ordering & Account Questions

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) as well as PayPal for secure, convenient checkout.
Can I create an account to track my orders?
Currently, we process orders as guest checkouts, but we provide full tracking information via email for every shipment. We’re developing an account system for future convenience!
Is there a minimum order amount?
There’s no minimum order requirement, but orders over £50 qualify for our free shipping option via EMS.

Shipping & Delivery

Important: We currently cannot ship to Asia or some remote regions due to customs restrictions, particularly on soil and plant products.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after dispatch with tracking
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over £50, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch
All orders take 1-2 working days to process before dispatch.
How are fragile items like bird baths protected during shipping?
Fragile wildlife products receive special packaging with ample cushioning and “fragile” labeling. Bird baths are typically boxed with custom foam inserts, while feeding stations are disassembled when possible for safer transit.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes! You’ll receive a personalised dispatch notification email with your tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Note that:
  • Live plants and perishable goods (like bird food) have special return conditions
  • Items must be in original condition with packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty
What if my plants arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging live plants, but if they arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll either replace the plants or issue a refund based on your preference.
